Expert Tip: Stormwater construction - Reporting

November 05, 2024 - Operators of sites covered under the Construction General Permit (CGP) that discharge dewatering water to sensitive receiving waters are required to submit reports of their weekly average turbidity benchmark monitoring data to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) no later than 30 days following the end of each monitoring quarter.

40 CFR 52 and 97 - Federal ``Good Neighbor Plan'' for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards; Response to Judicial Stay

November 06, 2024 (Final Regulation) - EPA has issued an interim final action to stay, for emissions sources in select states, the effectiveness of the requirements established to address the obligations of these and other states to mitigate interstate air pollution with respect to the 2015 national ambient air quality standards for ozone (the Good Neighbor Plan).
