The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) is the law that governs the management of chemicals in the United States. After 40 years, TSCA was reformed in an effort to more effectively manage chemicals and give EPA more authority to evaluate and mitigate the risks associated with the chemicals used in this country.
